We are specialists in the areas of e-commerce, online marketing, photography, film and print, and create ever new, exciting cross-media concepts and campaigns that are used according to the target group in question.
In addition to our headquarters in Georgsmarienhütte/Osnabrück, we also operate Europe’s largest photography studio 8,000 m² in Bremen.

Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for exciting, creative web projects, e.g. in online marketing and performance marketing
  • Conceptual design and development of websites and applications
  • Point of contact and link between the team, producers and clients
  • Leadership of a team with up to eight staff
  • Implementation of our clients’ specifications and wishes, taking into account in-house capabilities and resources
  • Support of various clients for internal and external projects
  • Confident, proactive and solution-oriented project management within defined timelines

What we expect

  • A degree in business sciences, business administration, communication sciences, or comparable training
  • Three years’ professional experience in project management, online marketing or performance marketing – ideally, with a web agency or advertising agency
  • A good technical understanding of software, current trends in online marketing, and project management methods
  • The desire to lead and motivate a team of designers and programmers to achieve their best
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, combined with leadership skills, initiative and willingness to perform
  • A structured, solution-oriented working style with a love of detail, and a self-confident manner
  • A team player with good communication skills in German and English, as well as empathy and an openness to criticism
