Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.

Your mission:
As our Content Production Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our visual production processes.

You’ll manage data, track imagery, keep workflows smooth, and make sure our visuals meet the highest standards – all while working with a team that balances creativity and precision like pros.

Location: Bremen – Home office not possible

YOUR TASKS

  • Manage large volumes of imagery and production data
  • Track production statuses and approvals
  • Support visual quality control for imagery
  • Communicate closely with Art Directors, Post-Production, and production teams
  • Prioritize and organize your own workflow independently
  • Identify and drive improvements in our daily operations

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Experience in photo production, content management, or similar fields
  • Great eye for detail and the coolness to handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational skills and confident communication style
  • Affinity for Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and no fear of tech tools
  • Motivation to think ahead and make processes even better
