• Creative AI Lead (m|f|d)

WE ARE WIETHE
Wiethe is one of Europe’s leading content production companies and the market leader in Germany. We create and produce premium content for international brands such as adidas, Y-3, Tchibo, C&A, FC Bayern Munich and Peek & Cloppenburg.

With around 250 employees across our locations in Bremen and Osnabrück, we produce more than 5 million images, over 20,000 videos and several thousand AI-generated assets every year.

Our expertise combines photography, film, Generative AI and CGI. What sets us apart is our approach: We don’t think of content in terms of individual campaigns, but as part of scalable, technology-driven production processes – with the highest standards of quality, efficiency and consistency.

Generative AI is a key pillar of our growth strategy. We continuously invest in new technologies, intelligent workflows and the ongoing development of our production capabilities.

To support this ambition, we are looking for experienced professionals who are ready to take ownership, lead teams, inspire clients and actively shape our continued growth.
