We are looking for you as an Art Director – Team adidas (m/f/d) for our photo studio in Bremen as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • Direction of photo shoots
  • Management of a shoot team
  • Independent work within a team
  • Independent conceptual design and implementation of a variety of cross-media communication activities
  • Development of exceptional ideas for big budgets
  • Translation of the language of premium brands to visual language
  • Optimisation of creative workflow processes
  • Responsibility for ensuring that the customer is sent images that comply with the style guide

What we expect

  • Training or a degree in the area of fashion, design or photography
  • At least three years’ professional experience in a creative environment (photography, styling and/or fashion)
  • An affinity for fashion and lifestyle
  • Leadership of a creative team
  • Implementation of a style guide in e-commerce daily production
  • A keen sense for visual language, typography and good design
  • Creativity, the ability to think out of the box, and a love of detail
  • Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Capacity for teamwork, assertiveness, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
  • A good eye for detail and for images

Your tasks

  • Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and photorealistic visual effects for lifestyle, fashion brands and more
  • Use tools like Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects to craft exceptional content
  • Collaborate with producers, project managers, and creative teams to develop and execute client visions
  • Optimize workflows for rendering and post-production to meet tight deadlines and budget requirements
  • Ensure all work aligns with clients’ brand guidelines, project briefs, and technical specifications, maintaining a consistently high standard
  • Stay updated on the latest industry tools, trends, and techniques, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our CGI content

What we expect

  • Professional experience in 3D modeling, animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects (portfolio submission is mandatory)
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Maya/Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects, including advanced knowledge of rendering and texturing techniques
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a very keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities while maintaining a coherent quality
  • A structured, organized, and detail-focused work style, with the ability to document processes and maintain asset archives
  • Team player with strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to client feedback and to handle constructive criticism
  • Optional: German language skills
  • No degree required – we value your skills, experience, creativity, and portfolio above formal education

Your tasks

  • Planning of special shoots on set and on location, taking into account various factors (logistics, catering, equipment, etc.)
  • Primary contact point and key person during the shoot in cooperation with the Art Director, with responsibility for adherence to timelines and budget
  • Independent work as a point of contact between the customer and the team
  • Close cooperation with the responsible Art Director: the Producer creates the framework, while the AD & team flesh it out with content

What we expect

  • At least three years’ professional experience in a similar position (photography, fashion and/or e-commerce)
  • A keen sense for visual language and image composition
  • Confident use of Creative Cloud and Office programs, as well as Capture One
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • An affinity for fashion and lifestyle
  • A high degree of mobility, spontaneity, flexibility and resilience
  • A hands-on mentality, a 360 degree view of things
  • Experience in lighting and camera techniques would be desirable
