We are market leader in the areas of photography, film and CGI, and create new cross-media content that are used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for you as Model Booker (m/f/d) for our photo studio in Bremen as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Updating and editing of customer-specific model pools and our model database
- Organisation and realisation of fittings and casting sessions
- Booking of models for people shoots
- Art buying and organisation of internal processes
- Visual processing and preparation of content for (customer) presentations
- Checking of models' invoices, including travel expenses, for accuracy and compliance with in-house guidelines
What we expect
- Completed vocational training with a commercial background
- Ideally, you will have professional experience in a similar position or in purchasing (fashion/retail)
- Creative understanding and rational skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A distinct understanding of service and a keen sense for customer requirements
- Assertiveness, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure, combined with team spirit and passion
- A sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); a knowledge of InDesign would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
