We are market leader in the areas of photography, film and CGI, and create new cross-media content that are used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for an experienced retoucher who is open to working with AI-based tools.
Location: Hybrid / Bremen or Hamburg (at least 3 days/week in Bremen)
Your tasks
- Professional retouching: Image editing, including skin retouching, colour correction and image composition adjustments to achieve high quality results
- Integration of AI tools: Applying and adapting AI-powered workflows (such as ComfyUI, Generative Fill, etc.) to optimise the retouching process and use innovative image enhancement techniques
- Quality control: Checking processed images for accuracy and consistency to ensure they meet the company's high standards
What we expect
- Sound knowledge of professional retouching
- Openness to AI-supported workflows (e.g. ComfyUI, generative fill, enhancing, upscaling, inpainting, outpainting, etc.)
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
- Precise and reliable way of working
