Your mission:
As our Content Production Coordinator, you’ll be the engine behind our visual production processes.
You’ll manage data, track imagery, keep workflows smooth, and make sure our visuals meet the highest standards – all while working with a team that balances creativity and precision like pros.
Location: Bremen – Home office not possible
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time
YOUR TASKS
- Manage large volumes of imagery and production data
- Track production statuses and approvals
- Support visual quality control for imagery
- Communicate closely with Art Directors, Post-Production, and production teams
- Prioritize and organize your own workflow independently
- Identify and drive improvements in our daily operations
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Experience in photo production, content management, or similar fields
- Great eye for detail and the coolness to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills and confident communication style
- Affinity for Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and no fear of tech tools
- Motivation to think ahead and make processes even better
