Do you work in creative/art direction, media design, photography or creative content production – and want to find out how artificial intelligence can enhance your creative work?

As an AI Creative at Wiethe Content, you will work at the interface between classic creation and AI-supported content workflow. You have creative experience – we help you to use new tools such as ComfyUI, Generative Fill or LoRA training in a way that results in real innovation.

You don’t have to be a techie. You must have the desire to develop yourself further.

Your Tasks

  • Development and application of ComfyUI workflows for creative projects (image, video, motion, etc.)
  • Conception and implementation of AI-supported content for clients from the fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce sectors
  • Collaboration in the optimisation of workflows: Where does AI really make sense - and how do we stay creative?
  • Team play with art direction, CGI, retouch, photography & AI engineers

What we expect

  • Experience as a creative/art director, media designer, photographer or similar
  • Interest in new creative tools & technologies
  • You not only get involved in workflows, but also in creative idea processes - from moodboard to mockup
  • First experience with AI tools such as ComfyUI, Generative Fill, Runway or Midjourney is a plus - but not a must
  • A portfolio is not a must - but we are happy if you show us creative work or experiments that inspire you
  • Hands-on mentality, a desire to experiment and a good eye for aesthetics

Your tasks

  • Development and realisation of AI-powered video content: Utilising AI video tools to create innovative and engaging videos that meet the creative needs of the business
  • Creative editing and post-production: Editing raw footage using classic editing programmes such as Premiere, Da Vinci and After Effects to ensure a high-quality visual narrative
  • Collaborating with the creative team: Working closely with other creatives to develop storyboards and ensure the timing and visual dynamics of the videos meet the project objectives
  • Monitoring production quality: Ensuring that all content produced meets the company's high standards, particularly in relation to fashion, sport or lifestyle themes

What we expect

  • Experience with AI video tools (e.g. AnimateDiff, WAN, Kling, Runway, Pika, Sora, Higgsfield)
  • Confident handling of classic editing programmes (Premiere, Da Vinci, After Effects etc.)
  • Good understanding of timing, storytelling and visual dynamics
  • Production experience in fashion, sports or lifestyle is a plus

Your tasks

  • Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and photorealistic visual effects for lifestyle, fashion brands and more
  • Use tools like Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects to craft exceptional content
  • Collaborate with producers, project managers, and creative teams to develop and execute client visions
  • Optimize workflows for rendering and post-production to meet tight deadlines and budget requirements
  • Ensure all work aligns with clients’ brand guidelines, project briefs, and technical specifications, maintaining a consistently high standard
  • Stay updated on the latest industry tools, trends, and techniques, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our CGI content

What we expect

  • Professional experience in 3D modeling, animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects (portfolio submission is mandatory)
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Maya/Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects, including advanced knowledge of rendering and texturing techniques
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a very keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities while maintaining a coherent quality
  • A structured, organized, and detail-focused work style, with the ability to document processes and maintain asset archives
  • Team player with strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to client feedback and to handle constructive criticism

We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with a deep understanding of ComfyUI and Python who can independently develop visual workflows. The goal is to build and optimise our internal AI content pipeline for scalable, mass production.

Your tasks

  • Development and optimisation of workflows: Independently create and customise image and video workflows in ComfyUI to increase the efficiency of the internal AI content pipeline
  • Creation of own nodes: Design and implement new nodes in ComfyUI to meet specific business needs and extend the functionality of existing workflow
  • Technical support and training: Provide technical support to the team, including training on how to use ComfyUI and how to implement Python scripts in the workflows
  • Integration of visual design elements: Working with design teams to ensure that the workflows developed are not only functional, but also visually appealing
  • Monitoring and performance analysis: Monitoring the performance of the developed workflows, identifying bottlenecks and continuously improving the systems to ensure stable production

What we expect

  • Good knowledge of Python
  • Very good knowledge of ComfyUI incl. development of own nodes and workflowsAbility to build stable and performant image and video workflows in ComfyUI independently
  • UI development for AI workflows is an advantage (Gradio, React etc.)

Your tasks

  • Project coordination of internal and external CGI and AI projects: Planning, management and implementation of project
  • Project monitoring: Ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets as well as monitoring project progres
  • Communication with stakeholders: Active communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaboration with the Head of CGI and Head of AI: Close collaboration within the Wiethe CGI/AI unit and with the management
  • Support during all project phases: Presence in all phases from kick-off to development and delivery in order to be able to intervene immediately if necessary
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring that briefings and customer requirements are fully met and projects are completed within deadlines without stress
