Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.

We are looking for you to fill the position of Head of Model Booking (m/f/d) for our photography studio in Bremen, to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  • You will coordinate our well-established booking team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business
  • You will always keep tabs on everything concerning the customer-specific model pool
  • You will ensure the continuous improvement of the workflow and work processes
  • You will be our contact person for external service providers
  • You will continuously liaise and coordinate with our other departments
  • You will see to other things in addition to bookings, such as contract negotiations
  • Last but not least: you will keep control of everything, and check all invoices

What we expect

  • At least three years’ professional experience in a similar position (photography, fashion and/or e-commerce, or in purchasing (fashion/retail))
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as a sound knowledge of MS Office
  • A distinct understanding of service, a keen sense for customer requirements, and excellent organisational skills
  • Assertiveness, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure, combined with team spirit and passion
  • An affinity for fashion and lifestyle

We are looking for you as Personnel Planner / Art Buyer Freelancer Booking (m/f/d) for our photo studio in Bremen as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

  • You will be responsible for booking freelancers for our photo shoots – from searching and organising to the final booking
  • You know the creative market – regardless of whether we need support in fashion styling, photography, hair & make-up, image editing or art direction
  • You will negotiate fees with our freelancers and verify the invoices
  • In the case of on-location shoots, you will also be responsible for scouting at the locations – you will also support special shoots by procuring appropriate props
  • You will keep track of model bookings, and will be responsible for shoot planning, i.e. personnel planning for our Wiethe photography studio

What we expect

  • You have completed an apprenticeship with a commercial background, e.g. as an office management assistant, an industrial clerk or a retail clerk
  • We also welcome career changers: no matter whether you previously worked as a hotel manager, receptionist, crew manager, purchaser, personnel planner or event manager
  • Your advantage is that you are familiar with the industry and have already managed to establish a strong network
  • Your strengths include a strong understanding of service, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to assert yourself
  • You are a communicative person and have the ability to use MS Office confidently

Your tasks

  • Point of contact and link between content production in Bremen and the customer
  • Preparation and delivery of customer presentations
  • Planning, preparation, organisation and supervision of photo productions, including quality control and quality assurance
  • Leadership and management of an international team of stylists, photographers, copywriters and image editors
  • Responsible, interdepartmental point of contact for in-house teams
  • Ensuring of compliance with relevant KPIs in the production process, and reporting of KPIs
  • Satisfaction of customer requirements and specifications based on in-house capabilities

What we expect

  • A degree in business, or comparable training
  • Professional experience in a comparable position – possibly in consulting or project management for a creative agency
  • Confident, independent project management, proactivity and a solution-focused working style
  • Experience in leading a creative team, and a strong understanding of process flows
  • A distinct understanding of service and a keen sense for customer requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as strong numerical literacy and analytical understanding
  • Team player with exceptional organisational skills, assertiveness, flexibility, the ability to work under pressure and a passion for fashion
