We are market leader in the areas of photography, film and CGI, and create new cross-media content that are used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for you as Personnel Planner / Art Buyer Freelancer Booking (m/f/d) for our photo studio in Bremen as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for booking freelancers for our photo shoots – from searching and organising to the final booking
- You know the creative market – regardless of whether we need support in fashion styling, photography, hair & make-up, image editing or art direction
- You will negotiate fees with our freelancers and verify the invoices
- In the case of on-location shoots, you will also be responsible for scouting at the locations – you will also support special shoots by procuring appropriate props
- You will keep track of model bookings, and will be responsible for shoot planning, i.e. personnel planning for our Wiethe photography studio
What we expect
- You have completed an apprenticeship with a commercial background, e.g. as an office management assistant, an industrial clerk or a retail clerk
- We also welcome career changers: no matter whether you previously worked as a hotel manager, receptionist, crew manager, purchaser, personnel planner or event manager
- Your advantage is that you are familiar with the industry and have already managed to establish a strong network
- Your strengths include a strong understanding of service, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to assert yourself
- You are a communicative person and have the ability to use MS Office confidently
