We are market leader in the areas of photography, film and CGI, and create new cross-media content that are used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for you as Media Designer / Photographer as Head of Photo Editing (m/f/d) for our photo studio in Bremen as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Leadership and motivation of a 14-member team of creative colleagues
- Responsibility for image data and its quality control
- Cooperation with our photographers, account managers and art directors
- Recruitment of new staff for the area of image editing
What we expect
- Formal training as a photographer, media designer, image editor, or a post-production qualification
- At least three years’ professional experience – ideally in an agency or photography studio – and two years’ experience in leading and developing a team
- Confident use of standard graphics programs (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Expert knowledge of retouching techniques, lighting and colour, as well as a high level of creative quality
- A service-oriented, fast working style, a keen sense for customer requirements and a very good understanding of e-commerce
- Good team-working skills, professionalism and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
