Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for you as Junior Service Desk Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Georgsmarienhütte as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Acting in the capacity of Junior Service Desk Manager (m/f/d), you will be the contact person for customer enquiries and for enquiries from our production department
- You will develop concepts for system-supported adaptations to processes, and oversee their implementation
- You will be responsible for the implementation of individual system training courses and for the further development of the training concept
- You will act at the interface between “customer” requirements and our IT systems
- You will accompany the IT integration of new customers
What we expect
- Successful completion of a technical/commercial apprenticeship (Information Technology Officer) – or alternatively, successful completion of a degree
- Good analytical skills, business processes and workflow management, as well as a talent for understanding customers’ needs
- Some professional experience in organisational system support, the IT training environment, and good SQL skills
- Good analytical skills, an understanding of processes, and a talent for empathising with customers’ needs
- Excellent communication skills, capacity for teamwork, and an engaging manner
- Good knowledge of German and English is required
